How can employees get involved in inclusion and belonging at NFP?
Engage with Business Resource Groups
Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Regional Inclusion & Belonging Councils are central to how we live our values at NFP. These employee-led communities bring colleagues together across shared identities, lived experiences, interests, and allyship, creating spaces where connection, collaboration, learning, and belonging can thrive.
Through BRGs and Councils, employees can:
- Build community and peer networks
- Develop leadership and career skills
- Engage in mentoring and allyship
- Support community outreach and volunteerism
- Participate in meaningful dialogue and education
To make it easier to connect and get involved, the Inclusion & Belonging team launched CommunityCliQ, our new hub for everything BRG-related. CommunityCliQ makes it simple to find BRG events, announcements, and posts; and to connect, collaborate, and engage with colleagues across NFP in meaningful ways.
If you’re already a BRG member through Viva Engage, you should have received instructions to get started on CommunityCliQ. Need help? The Inclusion & Belonging team is just an email away at inclusion_belonging@nfp.com.
Not a BRG member yet but interested in joining? Complete this form, and you’ll receive step-by-step instructions to create your profile and start engaging on CommunityCliQ. You can also join any of the 9 BRG’s on Viva Engage to start connecting right away.
Join NFP’s Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Board and Regional Committees
The Advisory Board is the driving force behind our efforts to advance inclusion and belonging. With voices and perspectives from a cross-functional, cross-level representation of employees, this group elevates an environment where all employees feel welcomed, encouraged and valued. Member activities include:
- Collaborating to advise and recommend policies, procedures and action plans
- Helping to integrate inclusion and belonging strategies, initiatives and best practices that align with and advance NFP’s business objectives
- Driving inclusion and belonging communications and serving as ambassadors across the organization and externally as we continue to engage, listen and evolve
With staggered two-year terms for each member, we ensure we are welcoming new voices every year. The annual application opens in September. In addition to our companywide Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Board, we have regional and platform committees that drive local efforts and they welcome new members throughout the year. Contact the committee chair directly or email inclusion_belonging@nfp.com to get involved.
